Our founders Julien & Denis started their legal careers in the City of London in corporate, commercial and IP departments of major international law firms. They’ve since had 25 years’ experience in private practice, in leadership positions in-house with global conglomerates, and in running their own consulting and tech businesses. As a result they have a deep understanding of delivering timely and precise advice to close transactions and projects efficiently and successfully. majoto_law was conceived to apply their skillset to supporting entrepreneurs, scale-ups, SMEs and progressive legal teams - to grow and develop their businesses and attract and retain investors, employees and customers.

majoto_law advises primarily on UK and EU law and can also support you with Irish, German and Italian legal matters. Our lawyers also have extensive experience with US transactions, and we can engage network partners in the US where specialist local advice is needed.
